Represented IFK Göteborg until she switched to Göteborg-Majorna ahead of 2005-season. Performed her best results in sprint. Won the relay in the World university Champs 2002, together with Rachel Elder and Sarah Rollins. 24th spot in sprint at WOC 2009. |

| Info/Biography | Works as a geologist with BP in Stavanger, Norway. Previously stayed in Norway for longer periods, running for Halden SK for several years. Won Tiomila with Halden 2002 and 2003. His participation in the WOC 2003 relay, bringing a bronze medal to Britain, gave him a Life Membership of the British Orienteering Association. Finally got his WOC gold medal at the relay in 2008 in Olomouc, Czech Republic. |

Phd Student in Sheffield. Lived in Hedemora (SWE) 2002-2003 as a orienteering teacher. Represented Hedemora, but left for Lidingö ahead of 2006-season. Middle being her best discipline, Elder finished 23rd in EOC middle in Bulgaria in 2010. |

| Info/Biography | British sprint champion of 2006. After running only sprint three years in a row- he ran sprint, middle and relay in Kiev. Strong relay runner, just beaten by Peter Öberg to the changeover on the first leg of Jukola 2008. Has graduated from Warwick University (Maths) and is currently semi-professional with his own mapping company. www.grahamgristwood.co.uk Took care of the first leg when the British team won the relay gold at WOC 2008. Top 10 results in both sprint and long at the World Orienteering Champs. Took 5th spot in the first ever KnockOut sprint in the World Cup at the Nordic Orienteering Tour in 2010. |
