Hanny has a great stamina for running, and her best time for marathon is 2hrs 40 minutes. Studying medicine at University of Tasmania. In her youth years swimming was her main sport, but a shoulder injury made Hanny focus on orienteering. During the summer 2007 she helped coaching the Australian junior team on their JWOC on home soil. Did not compete on the international orienteering scene in 2008, but has returned in 2009. One of her main goals this season, World Games, gave her one gold and one silver in Taiwan. Known only as Hanny, her given name is actually Johanna. www.hannyallston.com |
