Big Swedish orienteering star who is popular and well-known also among non-orienteers. Had her big breakthrough as a senior with two gold medals at NOC 2007, and a relay silver in WOC 2007. Took the bronze medal at the sprint in Olomouc in Czech Republic in 2008, and continued all the way up to the top of the ladder with gold medal at WOC sprint in 2009. From then on Jansson has been one of the most successful female orienteers.
