Athlete background info last updated 2016-06-16 00:51:38
Extreme sprint talent in his early senior years, but gradually improved also in forest orienteering up to a level where he won the overall World Cup in 2012 and 2013 and World Cup races in all disciplines. One of the big names in international orienteering from 2012 and on - and an important part of the Swiss team. His running speed is his strenght - and especially his ability to keep up the high speed towards the end of the races when his competitors start to fade.
