Double junior world champion from 2005, who took the step directly into the senior elite with a 6th place on the middle distance in WOC 2006. Strong runner in the forest. In youth and junior classes she played handball in winter. Missed WOC 2007 after a nasty injury to her ear during the WC longdistance in Sweden. She needed surgery after a twig slammed into her ear during the race. Struggled for a long time to get back to the very top after the 2007 season. Was back in 2010 with a 10th spot overall in the first edition of the Nordic Orienteering Tour in 2010 - and a 3rd place in the second last World Cup race in 2010. Also started the 2011 season well with a 6th place overall in the Nordic Orienteering Tour.
