One of the few sprint specialists in the women's class - focusing hard on the sprint discipline. Won a World Cup race in KnockOut-sprint in Sweden in 2011 as part of the Nordic Orienteering Tour, and has several Top 6 results in the World Cup in sprint. At the World Championships in Czech Republic in 2008 she finished just outside the podium with a 4th place. Galina is World Games champion (2009, Mixed Relay) and part of the Russian bronze medal team in Sprint Relay at the World Championships in Italy in 2014. The wife of Mikhail Vinogradov (former Halden SK main coach in 2011 and 2012). Has two children: daughter Anna (2007) and son Vladislav (2012).
