First competed for Ireland as an M18 at EYOC 2010 in Soria, Spain and has since represented at JWOC, EOC and WOC. WOC 2017 will be his 3rd World Championships but first since 2014 due to a series of injuries. In between work commitments I am spending time training in Lahti (FIN) or at home in Cork (IRL).
